When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, company name (if provided) and message you submit. Our servers also record standard technical information — including your IP address and access logs — which we use for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties, and we do not use contact-form data for marketing.

Service providers

Two service providers process data on our behalf when you use the contact form: Mailjet (an email delivery service operated by Sinch, with infrastructure in the European Union) transmits your inquiry to our mailbox, andGoogle reCAPTCHA screens submissions for automated abuse. Your use of the form is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Because these providers operate internationally, your inquiry data may be transferred outside your country of residence for processing.

Retention

Inquiry records (including the server-side submission log) are kept for no longer than 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted, unless a longer period is required to complete an ongoing matter or to comply with a legal obligation.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us at any time. To make a request, contact us at the address below; we will respond within a reasonable period and verify your identity before acting on the request.
